Conservation Commission Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday January 7th, at Staples Elementary School to discuss the Saddle Ridge 26-lot subdivision located at Sport Hill, Silver Hill, Cedar Hill and Westport Roads.
This is the first application to be filed under the new Conservation Cluster Housing Regulation (Section 5900 of Easton’s Zoning Regulations). The regulation allows lots smaller than the 3 acres previously required in Zone B.
The Saddle Ridge application proposes for all 26 lots to be smaller than 3 acres, most of which are less than 2 acres, with one lot as small as .96 acres.
