Planning & Zoning will hold their Planning Meeting at Town Hall to discuss and potentially change certain zoning regulations including Major Home-Based Businesses, Setbacks, Accessory Dwelling Units, Subdivision Regulations, Section 5900- Conservation Developments, and others. They will also Document and include the new Plumtree Text Amendment and Zone change into the regulations.
The public will have an opportunity to comment after the discussions.
Please consider attending this very important meeting which allows the public to weigh in on how we feel about the proposed changes, and to offer out thoughts of how we, the public would like them changed.
