EASTON PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION UNANIMOUSLY DENIES MILL RIVER PARK- PLUMTREE APPLICATION

The developer is currently in litigation with the Conservation Commission claiming that their denial did not have a valid basis. They were also in litigation with Trumbull for their denial, but the action was withdrawn June 23, 2026.
